My personal interest lies in how social gaming can impact marketing in this day and age where the attention span of many younger generation members is slim…and none! We are all bombarded by so many stimuli aiming to convince us to buy this or that product or service, that any self-respecting marketing person needs to understand how that affects marketing plans. The old days of paper media alone, or even online media alone, are gone. Now online is segmented even further, with the gametization plans by brands around the world taking front and centre placement in marketing plans of those who evolve with the times.
And what is a solar blogger doing at a social media event?…..why learning how all of this can impact the brand(s) he works on behalf of :)…and you can bet I’ll take a visit up to the roof to see if the conference centre has a solar powered rooftop electric generating station yet!!!
