You may have noticed that I have slowed down the "notification" rate on my blog. As with any young pup, I was getting "over-excited" about this new medium and bombarding you. However, this particular blog on new labelling being introduced by ICP is of major interest to anyone making a decision on their 2006 programs, so I felt compelled to let you know about it.
