    Dear Mr. Peress,
Years and years ago, around the early 1992 onward; I had established contact with you and ICP. My aim was to get into the solar business. At that point India (where I live) was totally not into solar technology and no one was interested. Well, we came close to inking a working relationship but feasibility analysis showed the market here was absolutely not ready.
We kept in touch oft and on over the years; as I, like you, still marvel at the infinite potential of solar power. However life’s many demands had pulled me in other directions . 18 years later, I find my passion for Solar has not diminished one bit, if at all, it fires my imagination more today than it did all those years ago.
I would very much like to discuss something with you and would greatly appreciate it if you would be so kind as to drop me a line at the above email address.
    My very best regards,
    Sincerely
    Nadir

Dear Sass, I purchased a ICP Model SE-400 solar panel from West Marine in March, 2008 and installed it on my small sailboat. Last June, I noticed the battery was not being charged and on checking, I determined that the panel was not putting out the voltage and current as advertised. I talked to a Stephan at Sunsei Solar in Canada and was told to send a picture showing a crack in the panel and the proof of purchase, which I did. I have not been able to get in touch with Sunsei since then. Can you tell me if they have gone out of business and is there anyone I can talk to or call to have this panel replaced under the warranty? Thank you , Raimonde Aubrey

I have a sunsei panel that works fine but looks like the extension cable is fried ( 6 ft)
it is a single plug cord. female going in to panel and male going in to alligator clips.
Do you have any idea where i could find one?
    thx,
    Pat

You’d best look on the internet. Try eBay or amazon. I am no longer associated with the company nor brand so can’t help you much on that end.
